We had our deck replaced and added a roof over it -- an extension of the house's roof. We also had the entire roof shingled and the land graded under the deck to drain away from the house. These two men worked extremely hard over full 8-hour days and barely broke for lunch. They were patient answering all our questions, even those we asked more than once! It was obvious that a lot of research added to what experience had taught them, and none of the surprises our 35+ year old house presented during the job phased them. The method for estimates and billing are professional and up-to-date.

Nick and crew updated our bathroom. Our house is an old mining house in downtown Laurium, MI. The bathroom hadn't been updated since the 1970's. Nick was very respectful of my wishes to keep the integrity and character of the house, providing lots of good suggestions and professional input. I especially like his no-nonsense demeanor - it made decisions a lot easier. He and his crew did a great job not only with the bathroom renovations but also with communication and keeping the work area and rest of the house as tidy as possible. His rates are fair and well worth it. Highly recommend Pace Contracting!

Nick and his crew removed a wall inside our house, and removed our old chimney. The wall was suppose to be load barring, they were going to place a beam and footings. They were quick and efficient, and when they got into the wall they realized it was not load barring. Nick communicated great with us and knocked down the price we were quoted. We were very happy to get back into our house after 3 days. I highly recommend Pace contracting.
